Great guitar teacher. Makes sure to cover all aspects when teaching and assures correct technique. As well as teaching songs suited for the student. A very flexible teacher that adapts to students needs :)

My daughter, 15 years old has been learning to play the guitar with Andy. After almost one year of attending the guitar lessons with Andy she has learnt well and has progressed; she feels proud and motivated to continue with her lessons. Andy is patient, relaxed and has the ability to make the students feel confident through their learning. This is of paramount importance as my daughter comes out from every lesson happy and with a feeling of success. My daughter feels enthusiastic to practice the guitar techniques, chords, notes and tunes every day before her next lesson; we are really grateful with Andy for all the effort he puts into the delivering of his lessons and I would like that my daughter starts moving on to grades, yet this is up to her if she wants. My 9 year old son has been having lessons with Andy for just under a year. The progress he has made in this time is amazing. Andy makes sure that the lessons are engaging and involves my sons favourite bands and pieces of music. The theory and method taught surpasses that taught in his school music lessons and are taught in a way that I don’t think my son realises he is actually learning. He’s just having fun! I’d highly recommend Andy and my daughter is already asking when she will be able to have some lessons!
